Here’s the latest Dollar to Naira exchange rate in Nigeria’s parallel market as of Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Currency traders at Lagos Bureau De Change (BDC) outlets sold the US dollar at ₦1459 and purchased it at ₦1445.
Note that Nigeria’s Central Bank (CBN) does not recognize these unofficial exchange rates. The financial regulator has consistently advised individuals and businesses to conduct foreign exchange transactions through licensed banks rather than the parallel market.
Daily fluctuations in the black market rates continue to impact businesses and individuals engaging in currency conversion. The CBN maintains that official banking channels offer the safest method for forex transactions in Nigeria.
