A woman reportedly ended her marriage after habitually leaving her marital home for her father’s house whenever she disagreed with her husband.
The account, posted by Twitter user @HarmlessHQ, explains how the spouse eventually ceased attempts at reconciliation and moved forward with his life.
Repeated Visits to Her Father’s Residence
Initially, the husband was attentive, fulfilling her requests without hesitation.
However, dynamics shifted when she started walking out of their home after minor disagreements.
He remarked, “I used to attend to her every need without a second thought.”
She began to exploit his attentiveness, using it as leverage; at the slightest provocation—often self‑instigated—she would gather some belongings and take the children to her father’s house.
Despite these recurring episodes, he allegedly kept sending financial support for upkeep and would later visit her family’s home pleading for reconciliation.
He continued to spend generously on drinks and settlements for her mother, who looked after the children.
The Husband’s Final Ultimatum
A turning point arrived after one specific incident when the spouse issued a firm warning that he would no longer pursue reconciliation or beg for her return.
He told her, “Feel free to remain at your father’s place for as long as you wish—even a year—and come back whenever you like. The only thing I will not do is go to your father’s house to ask you to return.”
She reportedly dismissed the warning as insignificant.
He Showed No Reaction
Following another dispute, she again departed with the children, anticipating the usual pattern of appeasement, but the husband remained silent.
“The husband didn’t flinch. He didn’t call. He completely withdrew.”
“A week later, her mother phoned, criticizing him for inquiring about his wife and children; the subsequent week, her father called, yet he still showed no reaction.”
Months afterward, she approached him for school‑fee assistance, but he refused to send money unless the children returned to his household.
He declared, “I will not provide any funds unless the kids are back under my roof. If they reside elsewhere without my consent, the person sheltering them must bear the expenses.”
The Marriage Comes to an End
After roughly eighteen months of separation, the husband reportedly entered a new marriage.
He stated, “After a year and six months, I remarried.”
She remains at her father’s home with the four remaining children.
