Estranged Father’s Car Demand Leads to Block
Her mother’s refusal led to his departure. He abandoned the family for 30 years.
The thrift vendor recounted a recent encounter. She learned her father was ill. She visited him in the hospital. She paid his medical expenses. She also gave him some cash.
Soon after, he contacted her with a demand. He requested a car. He cited his friends’ car ownership. He lamented his lack of a vehicle. He mentioned his daughter’s profession. He feared public ridicule. She promptly blocked his number.
She expressed her sentiments further in a caption:
