During an interview, Bigiano affirmed his role. He said, “I wrote Dami Duro for Davido. I wrote the hook.”
However, Bigiano is not officially credited as a co-writer. This is despite his recent claim.

He explained, “Sometimes, you have to take a break. This allows you to return stronger. I went on a sabbatical. My goal was a massive return to music.”
The singer also addressed rumors about his absence. He dismissed speculations of financial struggles. Bigiano insisted that he remains financially stable.
“I can’t be broke,” Bigiano stated confidently.
Davido’s Silence on the Claim
