Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has issued a strong call to the African Democratic Congress (ADC). He declared that the party must play a critical role. Their mission: to prevent the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) from devastating Nigeria.
Atiku shared details of a recent meeting on his official social media handle. The discussion took place at his residence on Tuesday, December 2.

The delegation was led by Ogga Kingsley, the Kogi State ADC Chairman. They visited Atiku to formally welcome him. This visit followed his recent registration as a member of the party.
Atiku emphasized the urgent need for action. He stated that the coalition must begin its work immediately. “The mission to rescue Nigeria cannot be delayed,” he insisted. He also urged other stakeholders to join without hesitation. They should register fully with the coalition, he advised.
“No one can afford to sit on the fence,” Atiku declared to those present.
Atiku Praises ADC Leadership
The former Vice President commended ADC leaders across all states. He praised their dedication. He also noted their alignment with his vision for a better country.
“I am indeed pleased,” he wrote. “Leaders of the party at the state level are thinking with the future of our country in mind.”
Atiku further highlighted their shared commitment. This commitment, he stated, is to build a secure and prosperous nation.
“Together, we are committed,” the former Vice President concluded. “We will work towards a secure, united, and prosperous Nigeria. The APC is bent on wrecking our country. We are ready to stop them from doing so.”
