Witnesses reported armed kidnappers seized the road. This left travelers unable to proceed.
A live video showed one man describing the “entire area is on fire.” He confirmed troops and bandits were in a shootout.
“Everyone witness this,” he pleaded. “We are all stuck. No movement here. We have been stranded for over three hours. Kidnappers control the road. We are helpless.”
