Earlier, the married woman, identified by the X handle @chubbiedivah, claimed the singer raped his domestic helper. This allegation spread rapidly online.
Her accusation became a viral tweet. Rudeboy swiftly announced his intention to pursue legal action against her.
Recent Developments in the Defamation Case
An X user, JJExckusive, provided an update. The accused woman reportedly left her husband’s residence. This happened after she made the initial allegations. She was subsequently arrested on November 6, 2025.
JJExclusive also noted Rudeboy’s decision. He deliberately kept her arrest private. This was to prevent any public sympathy for her.
The tweet further explained her detention. Within 24 hours, she complained of severe breathing issues. She also reported a swollen leg. She insisted on receiving medical attention.
Consequently, she was released for medical treatment. Her lawyer promised her return by the 10th. Yet, she failed to appear as agreed. Her lawyer then cited serious health problems. The court adjourned the matter. It was moved to November 17. Again, she did not show up. She maintained she was still under medical supervision.
The next court date is now set for December 1, 2025. The court has issued a clear directive. Either the woman or her legal representative must be present.
