“Please help us,” the husband begged. “My wife is pregnant. They threaten her. We have only ₦7 million. They demand ₦50 million.”
The victim’s brother confirmed the abduction. It happened around 8 PM. The couple had just returned home. A witness saw the abductors. They were reportedly Fulani herdsmen. They forced the couple into the bush.
