Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has shared his perspective on open marriages, stating he would not object if his partner were involved with someone else, provided their emotional bond remains strong.
He explained that sexual intimacy is not the sole foundation of a successful marriage. He believes that emotional dedication and shared happiness are far more crucial.
Blaqbonez stated, “I don’t mind having an open marriage. Many married couples experience a decline in sexual frequency over time. If my partner finds satisfaction with someone else while I’m focused on my career, that’s acceptable. What matters most is that we remain committed to each other emotionally.”
He further emphasized the importance of a holistic connection, saying, “It’s difficult for an outsider to replicate the entire dynamic of a relationship. If I were to marry, I’d want a partnership where we connect on all levels, not just physically.”
