Contents of the Threatening Message
The alarming text quickly gained attention online. The naval officer explicitly threatened to eliminate the influencer and his entire family. This grim promise was made for before the close of 2025.
The message was chilling. It stated: “I wish to find and kill you and your family personally. God will punish you. You are on my mind. Death awaits you this year. This is a promise.”
In his accompanying post, @waspapping appealed for intervention. He sought help from the Nigerian Navy. He also disclosed that the death threat caused his family much distress.
The influencer’s public plea included these words:
