The Critical Situation
According to her account, doctors ordered immediate surgery due to her baby’s respiratory distress. The ₦250,000 procedure became contentious when her husband claimed financial inability. He allegedly instructed her to seek payment from her father instead.
Her father transferred ₦100,000 as partial payment. Shockingly, her husband dismissed this contribution as inadequate. He reportedly criticized her family while she awaited surgery.
Commenting later, @abeokuta_luxury confirmed divorce proceedings. She chose not to disclose her former partner’s identity publicly.
Her social media testimony stated:
My supposed husband told me to contact my father for the surgery payment. Doctors urgently needed to operate due to my baby’s failing breathing. He claimed to have no funds.
My father sent ₦100,000. My husband then scornfully asked if that was all my father could provide. He insulted my family during this critical moment.
