APC Chairman Yilwatda Predicts 12 Million Votes for Tinubu in 2027 Election
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, expressed strong confidence that President Bola Tinubu will secure a resounding win in the 2027 presidential election.
According to Yilwatda, the party already has approximately 12 million votes guaranteed from its registered members across the country.
He pointed out that the overwhelming support Tinubu received during the APC presidential primary serves as a clear indicator of what to expect at the polls.
Yilwatda added that millions of Nigerians benefiting from the administration’s programmes and projects would further strengthen the President’s electoral prospects.
“Today reflects the wishes of over 12 million APC members who overwhelmingly voted Mr President as the party’s candidate for the 2027 presidential election,” he said.
“We already have 12 million votes in the kitty for Mr President,” he added.
The APC chairman urged governors, party leaders, and supporters to return to their states and publicise the administration’s achievements, emphasizing that facts and performance will be the party’s strongest campaign tools.
“What we need is to focus on the success stories of Mr President and what he has done across the country. Nigerians have seen the difference between policies that touch the people and governance that impacts lives,” he stated.
Describing Tinubu as the best candidate for the 2027 election, Yilwatda expressed optimism that the APC would record massive victories nationwide.
“We are not afraid and we are not in doubt of our success. There is no shaking at all. Come 2027, our victory as a party is assured,” he concluded.
