A Nigerian woman has been left devastated after sharing the results of a DNA test she took online.
In a heartfelt Facebook post circulated by Multiple Gist, she described the circumstances that led her and her siblings to undergo the test.
Sibling Group Faces Heartbreaking DNA Results
She explained that she and her brothers and sisters decided to take the test as a lighthearted experiment. When the results arrived, only one of the four children was confirmed to be the biological offspring of their father. She recounted, “Unfortunately, the outcome showed that apart from our youngest sister, who is 23 years old, none of us are genetically linked to our father. We cannot risk breaking his heart or tearing our family apart.”
Mother’s Shocking Admission
Upon confronting their mother, she admitted that their biological father had passed away. Overcome with emotion, she begged them to keep the revelation hidden from their father. She reflected, “I keep wondering why my mother would do such a terrible thing to him. He is a good man who gave up his life and joy for us. I have been crying on his behalf and, inexplicably, now feel resentment toward our mother.”
